About

I am a trainee Psychotherapist / Counselling Psychologist, currently on my 3rd year Doctoral Programme. My approach is existential, and I am supervised by an experienced psychotherapist.
I offer online therapy via Zoom. I can work with clients in English.

I work with a wide range of clients on many different issues. I have been working with clients on a one to one basis within a therapeutic framework for the last 2 years, Prior to that I have extensive experience of working with adults and young people in schools and within the NHS.

Existential psychotherapy is more suitable for clients who enjoy having the freedom to talk about and focus on what they think is important, rather than those wishing specific techniques or advice. I will encourage clients to explore in detail their emotional processes, rather than looking for a quick fix for their challenges.
