Hi! I’m Jamie Ridley, and Ridley’s is my business based in Crawley, specializing in cakes, pastry and confectionery. I am a passionate baker and I will always strive for the highest quality to give you the best product available.

Ridley’s was first launched in 2019, where I operate in a fully fitted professional kitchen, converted from the garage of my family home. At every stage, from placing your order to receiving your delivery, I always endeavour to give a top quality and stress-free service to make your experience with Ridley’s the best possible. I currently hold a rating of five for food hygiene and am confident supplying a range of cakes, tarts and handcrafted chocolates to suit events and business needs. I can also cater for a wide range of events, specialising in Afternoon Tea.

I have also developed a small range of delicious vegan, gluten free and dairy free cakes and bakes, and I am always looking for ways to expand the range of cakes available for you to buy.
