What do you love most about your job?
I have had a passion for I.T. ever since I was a boy. I love the fact that is is practical and hands on, its not only theory. The satisfaction after completing a job which the customer loves is surreal and there is no greater feeling. Being able to spread the knowledge I have to make other lives easier.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I see so many I.T. companies, some of which I have dealt with personally and I see how they take advantage and extort customers with their overpriced services and this makes it almost unbearable because it means that you cannot get the work done if you don't have the money. I started Rickytech solely for the purpose of customer satisfaction, them being happy not ONLY for the work but for the price also. Its not always about the money or the biggest client its about making a difference in each customers life, making sure they walk away having had the best experience.

We may not have been operating as long as other companies but rest assured that the work we do is at an exceptional standard and we proud of this. Not only will the customer have their issue resolved but it will at the best possible price.
