This gym is alright overall. Quite spacious, a lot of different machines ready to use. Great access to personal trainers and I have contacted with one which I am very pleased with. Couple of bits I'm a bit upset about. The front entrance sometimes smells of urine, from the inside. The toilets are rather smelly, but it is expected, as they are used quite a lot. The vending machines give false hope of being in service, but when you try getting something it says "Out of Order", even though it doesn't look like it. And it is difficult to find someone to ask for help with this as everyone is busy, which is fair enough. The gym was also closed for a few days due to refurbishment, but it doesn't feel like much has been changed. Lastly, I have noticed quite a bit of black mold spreading around the ceiling. Biggest gym group gym I've been to. Sometimes gets busy in the afternoon so would recommend going between 10am-4pm. Quality equipment considering what you are paying. I pay for the yearly student membership and it works out at around £16 a month for access to 2 gyms, allowing me to go to a gym back at home also. Didn't see many staff so can't comment on that. Trainers were the best I am giving one star only because of the cancellation procedure they made They ask you to send an email or do cancellation process 4 days before the end of your membership and also it says even if you do that they still may charge you for another month till they finish the cancellation process They could make a very easy process to cancel the membership but they didn’t because they want to make things complicated for costumers Worst Gym managementI have ever seen in my life
