So not use this organisation, they are cowboys, they take your money without doing a what they are suppose to and never return your calls. Called out to repair leak, spent 10 mins , charged £180 , next day it rained and the roof was still leaking. Called numerous times but they failed to turn up. Total waste of space,nobodies More...

The Job was completed.
I have been ringing Jo and texting him, you can see he has read the message but chooses to ignores them.
He said we would get a 10 year guarantee. This has not come through. No answer to anything really poor service.
As I had seen quite a few bad reviews since July, I contacted bark and a man named Jake replied.
All though there is nothing no one can do. I do believe Bark should remove this company of their website as not adhering to his terms and conditions. Jake reply was astonishing and basically said we are happy to advertise people who rip people off. I did not ask Bark to do anything but, to remove Richmond roofing considering such bad reviews.
Stay away from site too!
