With over 17 years of experience in Immigration and Criminal work, I am passionate about the work that I undertake and as a Head of the Department support the team that I work closely with. I have been ranked in the UK Legal 500 as EXCEPTIONAL and named as a RISING STAR. I offer bespoke advice in all aspects of Corporate and Personal Immigration work, dealing with a variety of applications ranging from Sponsorship licences and appealing civil penalties for illegal working. I have vast knowledge of Entry clearance applications, Spousal applications, Points based applications, Settlement applications and Human Rights applications. With expertise I have taken cases to the appeal process securing successful outcomes on Judicial review applications, First Tier Tribunal, Upper Tribunal appeals and also Deportation appeals.

Having represented clients nationally and internationally from and array of different backgrounds, from high profile musicians to asylum seekers, I am able to understand clients and tailor the service to their needs accordingly. For many years I have reunited children with families, partners and loved ones and secured status for victims of domestic violence – both male and female. I have dealt with complicated immigration matters, challenging Home Office decisions taking each case on its own merits, advising, representing and navigating the case through the complex immigration policies.

I am a committee member of MALA (Midland Asian Lawyers Association) Headquartered in Leicester and operating throughout the Midlands. This is a non-profit organisation promoting diversity and equality in the legal profession raising money for charity.

I also speak fluent Gujarati and has a strong understanding of Hindi and Punjabi.
