I've seen Richard in action many times with over 200 kids , also many guests at a summer showcase 400 plus, He's great with the kids an us dance moms / dads etc lol,nothing is to much bother, he's great personailty and very patient an calm, he done fab Dvds of my girls dance school summer showcase, Richards family are lovely also, they dealt so well with 100s off us requesting to purchase photos an wanting individual photos very calm an professional.100% recommend Richard

Richard is a wonderful Photographer; knowledgeable, professional, listens to and understands your needs, great at giving and taking direction, makes everyone feel at ease and is extremely funny so always a great hit with the kids! My Daughter has had the pleasure of working with Richard in a studio portrait scenario and also live on stage. We are absolutely delighted with the finished products, speed and quality. Communication is key and Richard stayed in touch throughout the whole process, answering any questions (even the silly ones) which resulted in us feeling very prepared for the actual shoot. We had a photoshoot at our house with Richard for our 7 month old son. It was lovely having the photos done in our home so we could use toys and clothing changes as we needed. Richard was great with our son, bringing props and making him giggle resulting in some fantastic photos. He was easy to work with and included my husband and I in some photos. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
A great photograph is defined by the client’s needs and expectations. The only way to give the client their desired photograph is down to one word, communication. Talking at length and in depth with the client is vital for understanding what the client wants. I will make sure I fully understand what it is you are looking for, what your expectations are, and I will fully discuss how I will achieve it.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the reaction my customers have when they first see their photographs. I love knowing that my photographs are going to be something special to my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have loved photography since I was a teenager, so having a camera on my shoulder has been something I have done for over thirty years. Up until 11 years ago I kept my photography totally separate from earning a living, but I was asked by a friend to photograph their wedding, and I not only loved it, but every member of the bridal party came to me to thank me for making their day so special. It was then that I was hooked. I started to realise that I had the potential to be as good a photographer as any out there, so I took the plunge and decided to make my first love my job.
Since then I have taken on various clients who return to me time and time again, and I have expanded my expertise to photographing many different genres of photography.
