I provide a confidential, supportive and caring space for exploring thoughts and feelings, where you can talk without fear of judgement. I am a Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor with experience of working with a wide range of issues including: addiction, abuse, anger management, anxiety, bereavement, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, trauma and relationship issues.

I usually suggest using the initial consultation to get to know one another and to decide if we feel able to work together. Our work can be short term and focused or longer term for a more in depth exploration.
