What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to succeed. Many business owners are very busy running their businesses and bookkeeping and accounts can become a burden. I can take that pressure off, leaving the business owner to get on with what they are good at, running their business. It is satisfying taking all those numbers and gathering all that information and giving my clients reports they can understand and know how their business is doing. Also keeping my clients compliant with HMRC is very satisfying, this can be stressful and its's good to take these and other worries away from clients and help them be successful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been running my own businesses for many years, before getting into bookkeeping and accounting i worked in the building trade running my own business, so i can relate to other self-employed business owners. I know their struggles and i can also relate to the good times. Running your own business can be very rewarding and satisfying.
