What do you love most about your job?
I love supporting people through difficult times and watching them grow more powerful and more hopeful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked for organisations including schools and the NHS. I love working in schools however I wanted some of my week to reflect my own family's needs too and be more flexible.

I am passionate about what I do. I love working therapeutically.
I am fully trained with over 10 years experience.
I am BACP registered and follow their ethical code.
I try to make session fun and interesting - not intense and serious.
I base a lot of my work on new neuroscience research.
