EFT Coaching is a powerful mind-body approach that combines the thought-provoking, creative and empowering process of life coaching with the proven stress management techniques. Working with both mind and body allows you to deepen your awareness of your money blocks, heal what needs to be healed, and create lasting change in your life.

These confidential and compassionate sessions help you to identify your unique stress points, uncover limiting beliefs and blocks to receiving money and uncover unhelpful behaviour patterns, so that you can gain clarity on your vision, define what success means to you and set goals that make you feel excited

My sessions are tailored to your needs and I use life coaching and EFT methods in combination or on their own depending on what will make the biggest difference to you in that moment. EFT (Tapping) is my most powerful tool as it typically puts us on the fast-track to see results you didn’t even think were within reach before.

I have a number of ways in which I can help you reach the clarity, confidence and success you desire. My programs start from £85 per session (minimum 8 sessions) (Payment Plans are available) depending on the results you`d like to achieve and the level of support you are looking for.
