I have been training with Revolution for many years now, and they have helped me achieve lots of different goals, including weight loss, endurance fitness, and muscle gain. Approaching my 40th birthday I achieved fitness levels that I hadn't experienced since my early teens. The advice, tuition, accountability, and encouragement is second to none. When lockdown started I moved straight over to online training with Guiseppe, and it has been brilliant. I look forward to my sessions, and it amazes me just how much I can achieve from my living room, with minimal equipment. I was initially skeptical, but I have been so surprised of what's achievable, and it still seems strange the day after my sessions where I ache, having not actually been to the studio. If you have any reservations, put them to one side, and give Revolution a try - you won't regret it! More...

The trainers have excellent knowledge and are able to apply them to target specific areas of weakness to build strength and confidence with completing exercises that I never thought I would be able to do! Revolution - what an amazing team of people, they totally live up to their name! During lockdown I've been doing online training with Pep and am blown away by how well the sessions have been adapted to make use of what I have at home. I’m challenged in each workout to push just that bit harder, the aching muscles at the end are testament to just how good Pep is at knowing what to plan for each session! He focuses on making sure your form is top notch so that you get the most out of each exercise, and on top of that provides amazing support between sessions, with advice on eating and motivation to keep on pushing through, it’s so much more than just the training. I have had 121 training sessions with Revolution for 5 years and Guiseppe has been my PT for 18 months. Since lockdown we have had to revert to online training - each session with Guiseppe is different and he continues to challenge and push me to achieve my very best - I don’t feel I am missing out not being able to get to the gym. As a result of my online training my fitness levels and healthy eating has been maintained and he is a constant source of support and motivation to me. We have created a friendly, welcoming and completely non-judgemental personal training studio.
This setup allows you to be flexible with the days and times that suit you best to train. Ultimately, your personal trainer will work around you and your schedule to ensure that exercise and wellbeing become part of your lifestyle.

Some clients who train at Revolution are not looking for a 12-week transformation. It may be that you want to drop half a stone in weight, train for a 5k event or simply use exercise to reduce stress.

Whatever your training goal, your personal trainer will make sure that you execute all exercises safely, effectively and with confidence. Goal setting, a personalised training and nutritional plan, and regular evaluation of your progress are the Revolution principles that will lead you to success.

At Revolution we understand the importance of setting goals. As part of your free taster session, your trainer will work with you to help you gain real clarity on specifically what it is you want to achieve over 12 weeks.

We will also help you to understand why you want to achieve your goal. Understanding your ‘why’, and making sure your goal excites you, is how to get the power of your emotions working for you.

PERSONALISED TRAINING PLAN
To effectively personalise your training plan, your trainer will take into consideration both your goal and your current fitness level. Your trainer will also take into account if your training plan will need to be adapted due to any injuries or health conditions.

Your plan will include what days of the week you’ll train, which will help establish the all-important habits and routines that will enable you to succeed.

NUTRITION PLAN
We have worked alongside a team of nutritional coaches to produce meal plans which cater to meat-eaters, pescatarians, vegetarians and vegans. Our meal plans are complete with a full macronutrient and calorie breakdown.

It’s essential that your diet compliments the hard work and effort you’re putting into your training. The meals in our food plans are easy to prepare and can continue to be used beyond the 12 weeks.

EVALUATION OF PROGRESS
Creating accountability when training for your 12-week transformation is absolutely vital. A great way to achieve this is by regularly assessing your weight, body fat and body composition which will give you feedback on your progress.

Our Boditrax machine will monitor these composition changes quickly and accurately in a completely non-invasive way. Your data is stored securely on a cloud system and is accessible to you anytime through the Boditrax app.

Where it all began
We wanted to create a friendly, welcoming and completely non-judgemental personal training studio. All three directors previously worked at large chain gyms and had become frustrated by so many aspects of that business model – from people buying gym memberships and not going, to the general apathy and lack of motivation of the people who did go. Revolution Personal Training Studios is an environment where all our clients can enjoy their training experience, feel inspired and achieve exceptional results.

Having two brothers as business partners gives a family feel and also some extra spice when the inevitable sibling disagreements come. Fortunately, the third business partner is a great mediator, but it all plays a part in what makes us different from the competition.

After two years of gaining a reputation as not just excellent personal trainers but also as budding entrepreneurs, by the end of 2007 we started to offer 12 week transformation programmes to our clients. These results have changed the lives of thousands of Revolution clients and indeed the face of the personal training industry in the UK.

Today there are 6 Revolution personal training studios and all of them are thriving. Our combined vision is that whichever Revolution studio our clients train at, they will feel completely welcome and achieve outstanding results. There is no doubt that this aim is being met comprehensively. Other gyms and personal training studios can be intimidating and have such a clinical feel, but we are proud to be different.

Our long-term goal is to open more Revolution studios UK wide, enabling us to help as many people as possible enjoy their training and achieve their health and fitness goals. We are at the forefront of the personal training industry and we continue to invest in our studios, our personal trainers and the services we offer our clients.

Our plan is to open another two personal training studios in 2019, one in a London location and the other becoming our third studio in the city of Brighton and Hove. Both these studios will be opened in conjunction with long-term trainers and partners. We hope to be making some exciting announcements about exact locations and opening dates very soon!
