Revival Fitness is an independent Personal Training service that delivers health and fitness training support and guidance to suit a busy lifestyle.


I can train you from your home, outdoors or from a local studio.

I also deliver fantastic online training support both 1-2-1 training or our online group training programme.

Jon is extremely knowledgable, professional and approachable. He has made a tremendous difference to my fitness levels and confidence.

He has assisted me with dietary changes enabling me to lose fat and change shape.

At various times when I have been suffering from sports injuries Jon has given me stretches and exercises to enable a quick recovery and adjusted my sessions to accommodate any weak areas while keeping my mobility. Jon has an extensive knowledge on sports rehabilitation and body physiology.

Most of my sessions are virtual, which I wasn’t sure would suit me, but I have adjusted and actually really enjoy them. It saves time when life can be busy.

If you are unsure…I would say give it a go, I don’t think you will be disappointed, you have everything to gain and nothing to lose.

Great working with Jon today. You find yourself doing things you'd not normally push yourself to doing but which you actually can do. In Person - Personal Training Programme:

We can train together at home, in a personal studio or out doors.

Home training may be your preferred options and with over 20 years of training experience I am able to adapted and utilize any area to get the most out of our sessions.

I also operate out of a couple exclusive training studios near Barnstaple that are personal and well equipment to cater for a variety of training requirements.

Online Personal Training Programme:

Is a new and exciting way to offer you the support and guidance required to enable you to achieve your fitness goals whilst establishing lifetime positive healthy habits. The advantage of online training is that it is available to anyone, anywhere without compromising the intensity of the session.

Morning & Evening Training Sessions

Start or end your day the right way with our morning and evening training programme. Some of our sessions are based purely on body weight movement. For our resistant session we work with resistance bands or whatever equipment you have. I can tailor and and work the session to whatever equipment you have.

Functional Living

This programme is specifically for the over 60's. I run 3 online classes a week in a class setting but from the comfort of your own home. The programme delivers high quality fitness training for the later years focusing on strength, mobility and balance with the goal to keep you fit and mobile well into the later years of life.

I deliver specialist coaches for each individual and can make adaptations for any physical need.
