What do you love most about your job?
I came into transformational coaching because I love my life and I want others to feel that way. As individuals, what we need to love our lives will be different. For me, it means that I enjoy my work, I have a great home life, I have time for myself and I'm confident in who I am. I love helping people to achieve their potential and the great thing about coaching is that I'm able to help you to find your own answers. When you have help to find your own solutions, you're more motivated to put the effort in and take the action needed to get the results you want.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'm passionate about helping people to achieve their potential, which I've done for a long time in leadership and mentoring roles.
When I discovered coaching as a way of helping people to get to where they want to be, starting my own business was how I wanted to make that available.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm friendly, supportive and here to help, providing you with the time and space to focus on you and to share what you really want in life without being judged. I also work to the professional and ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which I'm a member of.
My clients say they feel safe opening up to me; they like that I listen and ask questions, putting the onus on them to make their own decisions; they value the time and space to work through things; and they like setting clear goals and achieving them.

I offer online coaching via Zoom; or by phone in the UK if that's your preference. In line with Covid considerations, I'm also able to offer in person coaching for local clients.
Career and Life Coaching
I offer career and life coaching in a safe and confidential way, where you can share what you want without judgement. I'm trained in and work to the professional and ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I'm a member of the ICF.
