During my time in Malaysia I took the opportunity to study massage as a way to positively affect people’s lives through my own work. Having discovered the benefits regular massage can have, coupled with an exploration into both meditation and yoga, I felt it was time for me to start living more authentically.

Reflexology treatment with Leon was a wonderful experience. He is a very talented, caring,professional and accommodating practitioner. He created a wonderful space for relaxation and for people to be able to connect with self healing abilities. This was my first ever experience in reflexology, I am usually on my feet all day and to be able to put me feet up on a Sunday morning was a priceless experience. Leon’s treatment did not only have a relaxing effect but therapeutic. I actually suffered with Plantar fasciitis for months and after working on my intrinsic muscles of both feet my symptoms disappeared the next day.
