What do you love most about your job?
Throughout my life, I have been passionate about making a difference and positively impacting people's lives. My true calling is to help people fulfill their potential with purpose - and both coaching and hypnotherapy are perfect to do just that!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a leader in the corporate world for many years with many successes and challenges. Always giving 100%. Yet I noticed that I did not reach my true potential and at the same time I noticed that I was burning out, losing control and energy. I was blind to my own vision and completely out of balance… So I plucked up the courage to stop. I decided to seek coaching of my own and time to reflect helped me clear the fog and recognise what brings me fulfillment – I want to touch people’s lives by coaching them through their challenges and help them bring their own true potential to light - and doing this on my own terms is just the right way for me.

I provide my services either online or when meeting in person, I do a lot of coaching while walking with my client. We will mutually agree the best method.

Habits are involuntary behaviors controlled by the subconscious mind. Studies by neurobiologists, cognitive psychologists, and others indicate that from 40 to 95 percent of human behavior—how we think, what we say, and our overall actions—falls into the habit category. Many are helpful, but some are unhelpful. Hypnosis can help shift unhelpful habits such as:
Smoking, snacking, over-eating, procrastinating, getting distracted, irregular sleep schedule, excessive social media time, nail biting, nose picking, hair pulling - the list is long...
Hypnotherapy - Reframe self-beliefs that don't serve you
Our mind is programmed to make sense of the information it receives and creates stories about situations, others, ourselves. And then, our mind looks to confirm these stories and they form beliefs. Just like habits, some of the beliefs are unhelpful, they don't serve us.
