10 years ago, I had just left university and was looking for a way to lose weight, gain more energy and change my diet. I had no intension of changing careers or even telling anyone what I was doing, but after dropping two dress sizes and finally feeling amazing in my own skin, I knew that I needed to help other women feel great too.

I came onto Bark after a recommendation from a friend, Lauren got in touch with me over text and to be honest I wasn't sure I wanted online coaching. After having my baby I really struggled with energy and feeling myself again. I came across Lauren's profile and got in contact. Immediately she made me feel so much better about how I was feeling and told me that she was a new mum too! What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people feel confident with their daily nutrition. And there is no better feeling that helping someone feel good in their own skin.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After getting results myself, I began naturally sharing what I was doing with my friends and family. It was actually my mums best friend who made me realise that I could do this as a business. She had recently got divorce, and watching her take back control of her nutrition, increase her energy levels and find a new zest for life meant so much to me!
Why should our clients choose you?
Many people overlook supplements and nutritional products but the reality is we live in a fast paced world and sometimes just have a healthy breakfast packed full of vitamins and minerals can change your whole day.
My approach is very "real life", I am a busy mum to two boys, one who is 3 years old and the other is 5 months and so I know what it is like to not have a lot of time and just need something that works!
