I had pre and post partum symphasis pubis dysfunction and further repetitive strain injury. With one session for each issue, Danielle made me feel amazing and showed me how to continue maintain my body at home. I love the way she explains how your muscles are connected and work and she finds places you didn't know were affected. She knows exactly what to do and puts confidence in you to trust her. The centre is great, I joined pre and post partum yoga as well, and loved it. More...

As a massage therapist, I had a painful and stiff neck and arm on my working side. It's been bothering me for weeks.
As obviously, I can't do a good massage on myself, I went to see Danielle. I've never had a sports massage before so it was a. Ew experience. Although sports massage can not be expected to be relaxing, it was really worth it as I have so much more movement in my neck and less pain in my arm. If you have stiffness, pain or a sports injury, Danielle will sort you out. I wouldn't go anywhere else for sports massage. Highly recommended! More...

I have incredibly tense and tight muscles due to what I have to do for my job and is something I have struggled with and the pain for years. I am constantly looking for someone in London to work with on an ongoing basis, to help restore my body back to a half decent physical shape. Not only was it an amazing massage (the strength she has in her petite frame is incredible!), but also gives you a very thorough assessment of your whole body (which I have never come across before) AND gives you specific exercises to carry out afterwards to help prolong your healing process, all in the comfort of your own home. So pleased I have finally found someone who is exceptional at their job and local to me in London! Over the moon about finally booking in to see Danielle and look forward seeing her on a regular basis from now on!! More...

I've been using Danielle's services for a few years now. Being a Personal Trainer, and working out regularly, I do need to keep myself as mobile as possible. Danielle also managed to get to the route cause of a longer term injury I had incurred after a car accident. Something even my orthopedic surgeon couldn't do, as it didn't show up in any MRI. Her holistic approach managed to do so though. I can highly recommend Restore Health & Wellbeing More...

I had noticed some niggles after playing golf and realized painkillers were masking my ability to overcome this. I wanted to have someone with your expertise to help manage this and prevent further damage or injury. I also was working with a client that I felt could benefit from Danielle's help too. The sheer load of my clients practice and training would eventually take its toll and wanted some early intervention to manage his body's ability to recover and develop along the journey towards his goal.

My client was also showing signs of fatigue, over dominance of one plane of training and this was limiting his technical progression. Certain technical aspects were hard to perform for him and he showed other signs of physical limitations that needed to be addressed, which is where I needed Danielle’s help.

Sessions were always productive and I always leave feeling a physical improvement and that we have accomplished a better physical version than when we arrive. Danielle’s knowledge is vast and her ability to adapt her knowledge to suit golf was unique and seemed to be done with ease.

She always explained things clearly and i always felt either myself and my client were in good hands. She made any area of weakness less fearful as you were confident in your approach to tackle this.

Sessions with Danielle helped me to enjoy playing golf and exert myself fully and not play with fear of injury. I saw increases in power/control physically, and I noticed better sleep and rest patterns. My client had made great improvements in his proprioception, his balance, range of movement and speed resulting in longer distance with his shots with maintained accuracy. He was able to ask questions to speed up development, rather than be unaware of his body and struggle to piece movements together.

Often people do not look forward to going to the Gym, Physio or chiropractor, but in my client and my own personal development visiting and working with her is never a chore and always a pleasure. Alongside that she is able to have a laugh and a joke whilst maintaining professionalism and focus during treatment.

I would honestly recommend Danielle to everyone. From elite athletes to weekend warriors of golf and to people just looking to feel better, remove stress or relax. She is very approachable which is a strength in appealing to a wide audience. Her knowledge in sport/movement as well as the body and its energy caters for everyone and all needs.

Danielle is amazing. I know that's a fairly overused word but it does describe beautifully how you feel after a session with Danielle. I work a lot on the computer and get bad posture aches and pains. Danielle keeps me on the straight and narrow - so I can work hard and play hard. Highly recommend. More...

Danielle has been doing home visits for me post natally and has really done some fantastic work through massage therapy and exercise. She has been working with me to gradually strengthen each part of my body that was affected by pregnancy and childbirth. I am certain that after working with her I will be fitter than I was before I became pregnant! I have also had reflexology treatment with Hannah who is part of the team and helped me with post natal fluid retention. I cannot recommend Danielle and her team enough. More...

I am an average club runner and whilst training for the London Marathon I sustained my first ever injury to my hip about 6 weeks before the big day and really thought that I would not be able to take part. I do not like sports massage, but all of those fears were dispelled after meeting Danielle as she really knows her stuff and gave me the confidence to alter but continue my training. As a runner herself she can really empathise with your situation and not only provides the physical help you need, but the mental encouragement too. Thank you Danielle. More...

I had been suffering with shin splints for 8 months before my personal trainer recommended Danielle to me. Danielle assessed my movement to see where the problems were. Movement is assessed throughout each massage to see the improvements. I have been given exercises to do after each massage to help me outside of the clinic. Danielle then assesses the improvements that have been made from doing these exercises at the beginning of the next massage. The massages and exercises Danielle has provided me with have been excellent and I have just started running again. I would highly recommend Danielle to anyone as she’s extremely knowledge. She has a genuine interest in how you’re getting on outside of the clinic and is always happy to talk to you if you need any advice. More...
