Resolved It

i emailed Mike and was impressed how quickly he responded back to me, he called to arrange a time to come and look at the laptop. Unfortunately he couldn't see everything here so he took it back to his workshop. Unfortunately the news wasn't good and the laptop was not worth repairing. Mike was honest when explaining what was broken/wrong and if it was beneficial to repair or replace. Unfortunately it was a replacement. Very professional and extremely helpful, even to the point of helping me with a new laptop. Highly recommended and nice chap! More...
