After dropping my 6plus in some shallow water my screen blacked out and although my phone was still on I couldn't back it up because iTunes wanted me to put the passcode in - impossible on a blacked out screen. Panicking thinking I'd lost 4000+ photos (stupidly wasn't backing it up) I went to the Apple Store who told me the phone was unrepairable and I had definitely lost all the data. I found this company on the Internet, they fitted me in the next day and 3 hours later (and only £15 more than the excess on my insurance) my phone was as good as new......now fully backed up.
