My husband and I decided not to move but carry out a 2 storey extension instead. I was not looking forward to finding a builder and the mess that normally happens with a building project.
But all's I can say is WOW, we are so pleased we were introduced to Renov8, from the first meeting with Chris to the day they finished was an absolute brilliant experience.
Chris and the team were very professional and polite. The workmanship was outstanding and cannot thank you enough.
We arevlooking at having some more work carried out and Renov8 will be my only choice.

Renov8 carried out our loft conversion, fitted a new kitchen and laid a new timber floor throughout the house.
I am extremely happy with the quality of the work and how professional the guys and their trades were. They were very clean and tidy and always protected our existing property within the house.
We were so pleased we had Renov8 redecorate our entire house after the works were completed.

My wife and I decided to have a single story extension carried to our house and thought like most people that the hardest part will be finding a good builder that can be trusted. We spoke to our architect who recommended Renov8 and what a great choice it was.
From start to Finish Chris & Dean walked us through the whole process, the guys sent the quote when they said they would, the guys turned up when they said, the whole experience was a pleasure and the quality of their work is exceptional, they are very friendly and polite and care about the job they do. We were so happy we had them do some more internal renovations to the main house.
I can highly recommend them.

Impressed with the kitchen renovation

Excellent work on the hardwood flooring; it's both stylish and durable.

The loft insulation installation was quick and efficient, significantly reducing our heating costs.

Fantastic service from Dan and Chris after being let by the professional installers employed by summerhouse 24/7, they toke on this daunting task and excelled.

Despite being supplied with some of the worse installation manuals I have ever seen they were able to methodically put together, a flat pack, summer house, despite battling the weather, temperature and short daylight hours often working into the dark to get the job done.

The end result is very much being enjoyed by the the family and I am grateful of your hard work

COWBOYS - AVOID AT ALL COST

These guys are the exact definition of cowboys—no respect for the client's time.

They approached me claiming that they could fulfil my job. I gave them the full details needed, and we agreed on a price and date.

They came (37 mins late), looked around, and decided that they needed "more time" i.e. more than two days to fit 40 sqm of click laminate flooring in a house that has the flooring removed and cleaned! I explained to them that I had 70 sqm installed before with glue-system hardwood flooring, and it barely took two days, but they kept making excuses.

One of them went out, made a phone call (most probably to another job they had), and then decided to leave, claiming that they "underestimated the job."

Clearly too much for cowboys as they were far from being professionals.

Reputable and respectful professionals do not "underestimate" a job; IF they do, they try to find a solution to keep the customer happy, and they don't just leave!

Don't get me wrong, I am happy that they left without touching my flooring as I am sure they would have delivered a terrible job (I could see that from the excuses they were constantly giving)... so disappointing and a complete waste of time!

if you value your time and money, avoid these cowboys, as they won't hesitate to leave you halfway to get the next "better-paying easier" job... More...

Our team strives to provide accurate estimates and timelines based on the scope of work and industry standards. In instances where clients have specific budget constraints or time requirements, we encourage open communication during the consultation phase to align expectations. COWBOYS is the wrong term. If we had done a bad job this would be understandable but we turned up to the job and it was not as expected and we respectfully explained that this would take longer than we originally planned and we wouldn’t want to leave a job half finished.

Had these guys replace all my internal doors and skirting in my 3 bed house and I couldn’t be happier with the result, will definitely be using them again in the future

He and his colleague built a decking in my rear garden and installed cladding as-well as new window and new door at the front of the house. I highly recommend his craftsmanship.
