Emma is extremely helpful to find us an ideal car with minimum cost. We had a short notice for her but she never felt bothered and provided us with decent services. Even on her holiday, she was still reachable and quite efficient. Our iterations with her are stress-free. As for the Regent car, it is perfect! Eddie, who is the driver, is absolutely a gentleman. Our photographer even cut down the price because of his delightful riding experiences in the car. Bonus!!I know that I suppose to rent the wedding car once only in my life, I cannot be a returned customer for myself, that is why the big day has to be perfect. We had the Regent and the Limo for our Wedding on 19th July 2019. The cars were beautiful and the drivers we couldn't speak highly enough of. From the moment we contacted the company to the big day itself the service we received was fantastic. Thank you so much for providing our cars for our wedding day, the communication was fantastic between Emma and myself and the fact that we were sent an itinerary meant that both the groom and I knew what was happening. We chose to ask Rennick to provide our wedding car after seeing them at an SECC show. We decided that since we were marrying locally we wanted a multi-seater camper that could transport the bridal party in the two runs required. Their imported VW camper stood out in comparison to the many others on show. We booked them at the show, but all further communication was excellent with quick responses even in the evening. I cannot give enough praise to our chauffeur. He is an absolute gentleman. When leaving for photos, he helped my wife in and out of the car, doing his best to protect her dress. When it started to rain he was on hand with an umbrella. He was never in a rush and reminded us the the day was all about us. He didn’t think twice about agreeing to our adhoc request to visit a nearby cemetery on our way back to the wedding reception. We are absolutely thrilled the Rennick provided our wedding car. We would highly recommend RENNICKS WEDDING CARS as they are very professional and attentive to your needs.We hired the 1930's Regent in ivory and it was so comfortable. Brilliant service and absolutely beautiful cars. James and Russell were our drivers and both were great. James drove the bridal car and was prepared with a bottle of water, packet of tissues and an umbrella (which thankfully we didn't need). Love this company .... saw two of their cars outside a hotel and daughter had just announced her engagement two years ago. ... had a look was given a business card by the driver got in touch and booked.... D Day was Saturday there and the cars were beautiful... the Service from the two drivers Emma was exceptional ... the top of the car was lowered leaving the house and arriving at the hotel and it looked beautiful... exceptional Service all round and you deserved the business award gained last year... if I could give you 7/8 stars out if 5 I would.... anyone looking to hire a vehicle look no further.... book them up now ... thank you very much for making my girl’s day so special More...
