What do you love most about your job?
Massage is a treatment that revives both the mind and body of stress and tension. It's the best thing to see somebody leave feeling so much better than when they arrived! It's also lovely to really get to know clients that make massage a regular part of their lives and wellness routine, helping them on a longer journey to having a balanced routine where they allow themselves the little 'me' time that we all need so much.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love massage and its greater benefits to lifting the soul. After a long stint in the corporate environment, I've finally taken the time to train in something I love sharing with others and seeing the benefits it brings to others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I treat each client individually. By better understanding your needs, a treatment can be truly tailored. I don't have a one massage fits all approach. Before each treatment I take time to find out as much as I can about a client to ensure they get the most benefit from their treatment. You get to choose your oil too, something that you find relaxing and therefore something your body will respond better to.

Most treatments take place at my business address, but on occasion I can offer a mobile service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We take hygiene seriously! We sanitise between clients, using clean disposable sheets for each treatment. We have hand gel accessible for all to use but most importantly we specifically ask anybody with any symptoms or recent contact with Covid to reschedule.
Swedish Massage
Your Swedish Massage will include a blend of classic massage techniques to warm, relax and release your muscles. Using long strokes and light to firm pressure (depending on your preference), muscle tension is released, circulation is stimulated and most people experience a feeling of deep relaxation – even sometimes falling asleep!
Deep Tissue Massage
Our Deep Tissue massage incorporates a range of techniques which gently access the deeper muscle layers. This treatment will likely leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, whilst also experiencing the benefits of having some of your knots and tension released!
Indian Head Massage
Our Indian Head massage is a wonderfully invigorating and relaxing treatment – and as the name does not suggest, it covers other traditionally included areas including your face, back, arms and shoulders!
This popular, ancient, therapeutic massage focuses on acupressure points and is carried out in a standard chair. The massage can be done with or without oils.
Totally Tailored Massage
It's all in the title for our Totally Tailored deluxe massage! For the duration of your session, we will tailor our techniques after consultation to target your greatest areas of need.
Utilising relaxing, rejuvenating strokes from Swedish Massage, tension and trigger point release from Deep Tissue or invigorating techniques from Indian Head Massage, will enable you to enjoy the many combined benefits of these various massage techniques.
Chair Massage
This massage is performed with the client seated, in a special treatment chair designed specifically for this treatment. Clients remain fully clothed and no oils are used, making it a firm favorite in the office environment! Treatments can last anywhere from 10-25 mins and even a short treatment will reap rewards!
Hot Stone Massage
Relaxing therapeutic massage using hot stones to warm and sooth the muscles.
