I have been training at Renaissance since just before Christmas 2016. When I started I had been doing my own thing for a while but in my eyes had lost a lot of fitness due to on-going glute and shoulder problems. Oli suggested that I have a couple of NKT sessions and I'll be honest I was sceptical. Having suffered for about four years, no way did I think I would be pain free again - ever!! How wrong I was. I feel more mobile and stronger than I have in a very long time. I love my personal training sessions - they are my therapy!! We always do something different and the boys know how to push me and get the best out of me! I'm feeling leaner and more toned and actually pretty happy with how I now look. I cannot recommend this friendly gym and its knowledgeable instructors highly enough!

After years of having myself 'put back together' by chiropractors, osteos and physios, I decided to take a new approach to my troublesome back and get stronger. I'm an active person but hated (really loathed) gyms and had no idea how to tackle my particular issues and goals. I am so glad I found Renaissance Fitness. After six weeks of going once a week I was no longer in pain and felt stronger all over. A few months on now and I really look forward to my sessions. I come away feeling great and able to see visible results week on week.

Ollie has created an environment which is dedicated to bespoke results for each individual, delivered within a fun and motivating atmosphere. I'm a convert and look forward to getting even fitter and stronger with the help of Renaissance Fitness!

Been going to Renaissance Fitness twice week for nearly year now in the time I've noticed a change in strength in all muscle areas particularity in achieving personal bests, its been very helpful having your personal trainer there to motivate & reach your goal, helpful having someone who can advise on diet and nutrition to get there all the way. Would recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about getting in shape or simply looking to get fit or fitter. More...

Friendly, encouraging and very knowledgeable trainers. The workouts are varied as well as challenging and enjoyable. There are lots of options available for personal training and small group training. You feel like a warrior at the end of a session and look forward to coming back. I've been attending this bootcamp since June 2010 and I think it is brillliant. My fitness has definitely improved. I feel leaner and more toned. It makes a change to my gym routine and gives me a different way of getting my exercise in during the week. If you sign up to this bootcamp you also get an in depth Nutritional Plan which basically makes you understand the importance of good clean food and really made me re-think my own diet and what I thought was good for you. I find this diet really easy to stick to because I love fruit and vegetables and I dont miss junk food at all because I know how rubbish it is for your body. Be prepared to work hard but the benefits are obvious. You'll feel and look great. More...
