About

Unfortunately due to high charges I am no longer taking bookings through BARK.

I remember what it’s like taking first steps into fitness as by my early 30s I’d found myself obese, sick and depressed and didn’t know where to start. Those first steps turned into losing 5st of fat and coming off 9 medications whilst developing a complete passion for helping other reach their fitness for health goals.

Q&As

I believe that most fitness goals need 3 elements to succeed 1) The right exercise programme but ultimately one you enjoy and can stick to - consistency is everything and I will always refer on if I feel I’m not the best fit for your goals 2) Behaviour Change takes the right attitude and we can look at ways to build successful new habits and change old ones that no longer serve you whilst working toward realistic long and short term goals set by you 3) Nutrition- as a qualified nutrition advisor with qualifications in weight loss and sports nutrition I encourage my clients ( if they want) to keep food diaries and see where we can make changes to support your goals but ones that you can ultimately sustain for life - no fad diets, drastic weight loss recommendations or pills or potions to be found here!

Don’t dream! Create realistic achievable goals and put in place the processes and day to day small acts that will get you there. Be realistic with your expectations and decide your effort vs results ratio. Will you really be happy on a super restrictive diet working out 7 times a week? Being realistic to a plan that will fit into your life, consistency to keep it up and keeping your goals flexible. Many people start on a journey for aesthetic reasons and their goals change , looking better becomes a great byproduct of feeling healthy, energised and strong.

I love seeing people gain confidence in their own abilities and in their own skin. I always thought if I could help just one person my own health struggles will have been worth it. I see myself as being on your team so we work together to achieve your goals.

By the beginning of my 30s I was in a tough place suffering gastroparesis and on 9 medications, being overweight and suffering post natal depression. My own personal fitness journey saved me and I wanted to pay it forward and learn everything I could to help others overcome their own challenges.

I’ve got experience going through some of the struggles my clients face and coming out the other side. I genuinely care about getting you results. I’m obsessed with learning to help you become the best version of you that you can be and I hope you’ll have fun along the way!
