my xbox wouldnt turn on so i got in touch with james, he very quickly found the issue and sorted it all out for me and gave it a deep clean as well while he was there. I recieved a professional service, which kept me updated on the progress of my xbox every step of the way. I would very highly recommend this service. now i can get back to playing fortnite. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love knowing that I could make someone's day, by supplying a friendly and professional service, I hope that in the long term I can also help save individuals money by doing my best to repair and maintain tech, which we all know is very expensive to just replace.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I work full time as a curriculum manager for a college, and spent much of my personal time out side of the office, helping those in need regarding tech. I was asked on many occasions if I ever considered opening up my own company to make a little money, rather than just helping people. For the first few years, I never thought of running a business, but here I am now doing just that! and along side my full time job!
Why should our clients choose you?
Remedy Computer Services want to provide not just a service, but help through all your technology needs. Because I work full time as a college manager, I am not using this service to provide a sole income, therefore allowing me to keep prices as low as possible. I also hope people who are very short on income will also use this service I am providing, as I will always try my best accommodate anyone, regardless of their money situation, this is why those who are on benefits such as universal credit, I offer certain discounts to, but note proof of this must be provided.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To ensure we are all safe from the awful viruses that have been going around these recent years, face masks, gloves and hand gels can be used upon your request, again my goal is to accommodate everyone were possible.
