Me
After spending 18 years in the Royal Air Force I was made redundant. Then entered the IT world as a hardware engineer and recently made redundant. Whilst working as a computer engineer and being made bankrupt and my world falling apart, I decided to use my life experience and study Hypnotherapy and Counselling. To help people improve their health both, mentally & physically.
Initial contact
When receiving an enquiry I will make contact and briefly discuss your situation over the phone at no charge to you this make take up to 30 minutes. At the end of this process we will make an appointment to discuss the matter deeper and carry out a Hypnotherapy technique so that you will know what to expect and also a treatment plan will be put in place. If I feel that your case is above my own abilities then I will put you in touch with a more experienced Hypnotherapist.
Treatment time Scales
Depending on your requirements treatment may take between 6 to 12 sessions and maybe longer for deeper situations. Treatment plan will be reviewed every 4 sessions. Initially with weekly sessions moving to fortnightly and monthly as your condition improves.
My aim is to help people to attain personal satisfaction, control their Anxiety, Stress and Panic Attacks and by doing this achieving peace of mind. Hypnosis is a relaxed state of mind. We use Hypnotherapy to achieve this state, promoting a sense of well-being. My aim is to help you control your Phobias, & Fears by breaking bad habits and replacing them with new healthier, positive behaviours.
A prime example is with our attitude to food. By changing these attitudes to food this will aid ones health and attain a healthier weight. Which will improve one’s life. When dieting and losing weight our conscious mind is in play, then when we finish this, our sub-conscious comes into play and wants to find that part that we have lost. So with the use of Hypnotherapy we aim to access the sub-conscious and change the way that one thinks about food creating healthier attitudes towards food and lifestyle resulting in long term weight loss.
