First time that I’ve used Regal Services, having been guided by the positive reviews. I was not disappointed, they arrived on time and completed my garden to a good standard and charged a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again.

Service was okay. Was told that it would take 90 minutes but the gardener was done in 45.

Hi there, Thank you for the feedback. The duration is estimated, sometimes it's done for less, sometimes it took more than the give duration time. In general, can never predict exactly how long a job will take, so an approximate time is given. After all, the most important thing is to get the job done. Within 2 hours Chris turned my messy garden after winter to ready to bloom spring garden! Thank you so much! Amazing work.

Chris was a very polite and hard working guy. He put up the bamboo fencing quite well but I had to ask him to do a few things which I would of expected him to do automatically.

Thank you for your feedback. About Chris, that's how he works. If he is not sure if it will be approved by the client, he never does it. Once he's done with the job, if there's more to do and it's agreed and approved by the client..he or whoever,..does it. Which is actually more logical, because if the client doesn't like what was done....there will be a review for improperly done work, right :) Thank you and all the best

Responsive team - both in terms of getting back to you and dealing with any issues. The guys pruned back my two hydrangea bushes, and when I wasn't 100% happy initially they quickly came back and completed a great job. Recommended.

Absolutely fab work! My garden was totally destroyed after renting for few years. They clean all bushes and cut grass plus remove all rubbish what was left in the garden from people who was living there. Definitely highly recommended!

I did not have to do anything, apart from a brief discussion. It was quite obvious what needed to be done and the team worked hard in hot conditions and cleared up afterwards, leaving site looking very tidy. Would recommend them to others.
