My woodblock floors were done to a very high standard, look beautiful, and were completed within a few days. Regal Floors were also able to put right a mess which a previous builder had left us with. Amazing Service and Good Price !!! I honestly would not bother getting a quote from anyone else. We first used George and the team a couple of years ago. We have a big old house ( money pit ) and Regal floors have been restoring the Victorian floors one room at a time. They have so far sanded and restored 5 bedrooms and a dressing room, a reception room ( which involved lifting cleaning and restoring parquet floors ) and now a top floor hall way. Have to say we have had a few other quotes from different companies but Regal's quote was good but fair. They turned up when they said they would and where tidy, polite and quick. We recently had the guys from Regal in to strip, sand and polish two woodblock floors. From the very outset my enquiry and specific requirements, were tackling promptly, efficiently and based on a wealth of experience. This is a family run business and it shows in the way all aspects of their service are carried out.They all work together so well. I asked lots of questions which were always answered and the work carried out looks brilliant. We had two parquet floors restored by Regal Floors and could not be happier. Quote was competitive. Service was prompt, workers were clean, polite and very knowledgeable and the finish was superb. What do you love most about your job?
After serving a six year apprenticeship, I have enjoyed passing on my knowledge and expertise to my two sons who have joined me in the business. As a true family firm, my wife is also part of the team, and she is the first point of contact when you call the office for a Quotation!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for a very large and renowned flooring company in Liverpool, I found that just turning up to do the work wasnt enough - I wanted to be involved from the planning stage right through to the finished project. Setting up Regal Floors has enabled me to do just that.
