Nice, clean, bright and private gym. If your like me and suffer with anxiety and worry about walking into a gym this is the place for you! Completely private sessions 1-1 really puts the personal into personal training. No judgment, no awkward looks. No longer having to feel awkward to ask if someone has finished using the equipment it’s all yours for the time that you are in there. Where else is Cornwall offers you this?!
