This guy does a fantastic job! He sorted my Audi out with a full valet and the results were amazing. After 4 years of using the car the upholstery which was half leather looked brand new and the paintwork was literally gleaming and looked back to showroom. Just had a full valet on my Fiat 500 before I put it on the market - what a fantastic job! Alex was incredibly thorough and the car looks like new, which is really quite amazing as the backseat was in a bit of a mess having had a wet and muddy dog on it on more than one occasion. Alex whom I have known for years has just valeted my Hyundai I40. I am over the moon with the results. Alex brings the ethics and service of yesteryear with the cutting edge technology of today. He explained to me what my car required - what different solutions and chemicals he would use making the whole process really interesting. The result is my car looks fantastic both inside and out. He explains all the procedures and chemicals used as well as their longevity so you know when to consider re waxing you precious car. Fantastic work
Its been 18 months since I last cleaned my Range Rover and its not been treated well so was looking in a rather sorry state.

I booked an interior clean with Alex today. Our car hadn't been valeted since we bought it two years ago and at that point we had three kids under four, so the car was pretty filthy. Alex at Reflective Desire came to my house and spent the day doing a New Car Detail for me. He turned up early in the morning and worked right through without lunch to make sure my car was finished by the time I had to leave for work. He was polite and by the time he finished, you'd never know he'd been looking at the car park, everything was tidied away and cleaned up. As for the car, it was beyond my expectations, he took detail to a new level. It gleams inside and out, and even the backs of the wheels are shining!
