Customer satisfaction is the number one priority for Redwoods. Each team member is driven to achieving the best outcome for each ‘landscaping’ task. Consultation with clients and designer took place throughout all stages of the make-over. Valuable advice and input (from wall colour through to lighting system) was given by Brody and the team throughout the job. Nothing was too much trouble and if something required altering it was done so with efficiency and expertise. The team are trustworthy, hardworking, professional and flexible and a pleasure to have working in our garden. They have helped create and transform our outdoor living space and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Redwoods Landscapes completely transformed our garden to a modern, functional outdoor space that we will enjoy for many years to come. We really had no idea of what we wanted, Brody and Jason came to see us, had a look at the garden, had a chat and we asked if they had any ideas of what we could do as we wanted to get their advice and experience. Brody had some fantastic ideas, which he followed up with a digital design, so we could visualise his suggestions to see if it was to our liking. Brody discussed each stage with us as the garden began to take shape, giving suggestions and ideas along the way, so we could choose to tweak a couple of things.
