10/10 from me for his ability to create tailor made workout plans to cater to your specific needs and schedules. He does a really good job of tracking your progress using easy to read graphs and spreadsheets, makes you really want to push for that next PB!
It's so nice to have a whole gym to yourself, it makes it so much easier to stick to the workout schedule. No need to wait for equipment!
All in all, Ryan is an excellent PT.. would highly recommend!
