What do you love most about your job?
Being able to fix a fault or repairing a burst pipe is the easy part. Leaving the site knowing our customer is satisfied is the best part about being in business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Its not just a job. Its not just a business. Its our lives! The business is our baby and it is very much part of our family. Even the family dogs have a role :)

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our work is predominately in the customers home or business. A common sense aproach has been adopted, however, should a customer have tested positive for covid, we will endeavour to carry out our work without contact.
