What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a COVID-19 plan in place to ensure our staff remain safe and we offer meetings only by ZOOM.
We can also offer the client credit management assistance as we are aware that a lot of companies want to keep their business relationships, however find it difficult to approach them for payment in this difficult climate.

We offer debt collection on a 'no collection, no commission' basis at 15%. We also offer tracing, background checks, letter before action and much more, at a greatly reduced rate.

Credit control consultancy
If you believe your processes could do with some help, or you feel that you just need support, we can provide you with consultancy work for your specific credit control requirements.
Part of the service is to offer a free credit control health check to show you how your company is performing and offer tips to improve cashflow in the future.
Tracing only service
We offer Landlords, Letting Agents and many more a trace only service, without having to instruct us to collect the debt.
Our tracing rates are some of the most competitive in the market and offer a further reduction for multiple instructions. You will be provided with a new address and report to help you make an informed decision.
