Lucky enough to find Rebecca during Covid 2020, I have continued my journey to fitness and nutrition carefully guided by this amazing and caring personal trainer. I'd give infinity stars if I could. I started seeing Bec around August 2022. Since 2020 my fitness had significantly declined and I had begun to suffer from significant back pain that interfered with my sleep and work.

Bec trained me in accordance with advice from my physio, and I felt from the start that I was in good hands.

A year later I returned to my physio for a separate issue. He commented that I had "become an athlete" and was very complementary of my progress. In March 2023, I ran my first 10k 64 mins and 5k in under 30 mins.

I am now on the brink of achieving my current goals of one pull up and unassisted hand stand.

I am also pain free and injury free.

None of this would have possible without Bec, and I feel I have not only regained my fitness, (and perhaps reversed the rigors of age!) I have also gained a friend who I look forward to seeing every week.

Rebecca is a completely wonderful woman; she knows how to motivate and push me to reach my potential but is also there for me, on a personal level and is always ready to support me with difficulties which life throws up.
Over these past 12 months, since starting with Rebecca at Horizon Gym, I now have far more confidence in a lot of equipment and I feel capable of pushing myself out of my comfort zone and achieving good results.
