This company was paid thousands of pounds, to solve a fairly straightforward plumbing problem. Long story short - they wrecked more of the building than they fixed. We now have light fixings filling up with toilet waste / toilets which fill up by themselves / pipes leaking / pipes falling from ceilings / sewage smells etc. They didn’t even bother securing (any) toilet to the wall or floor. You can literally move them with your feet. On over ten occasions, they promised to come and fix it. They didn’t. They just blamed bad traffic or other unbelievable excuses.
