Sarah was amazing, listened to me and my goals asked me some simple questions regarding my lifestyle and eating habits, then gave me weekly programs on exercise and my macros. Which meant I didn't need to change my lifestyle and eating habits just do it better and in moderation, the end goal after 8 weeks I had lost 18lbs. I’m just a day away from coming to the end of my first 8 week plan with Sarah. I say first because I’m so happy with my results I have already paid for the next 8. I’ve lost 17lbs so far, I feel energised, positive and stronger than I have in a very long time. There has been helpful advise throughout the process, support whenever and weekly check ins. My goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, gain knowledge on how to maintain this new happy healthier me. Sarah will give you all the tools you need to achieve your goals, all you’ve got to do is listen and just do it. I just started the Reactive Coaching website today, though it took a few minutes how to get the workout started I really enjoyed it once I did. The written instructions were so easy to understand and oh my gosh I struggled to make my legs work later. I'm currently working on the Adaptive Training that is 2 weeks long so if all goes well I will either repeat it or see what else she has that I can do at home. So far I would recommend this! More...
