Business owners should be able concentrate on what they do best which is running their businesses. Having a great accountant not only give them peace of mind but also allow them to concentrate on their businesses and scale up if they want to.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always believed that if you love what you do then it does not feel like you are actually working.
Sitting in front of a computer playing with figures or talking to a client about their business is my life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have my own ideas how to keep accountancy simple.
I hate complications that is why I like my way.
I know from experience people like to concentrate on their businesses and leave the figures to the accountant.
Therefore there is no point boring them with unimportant matters.
Why should our clients choose you?
I don't believe in saying I can do this and that.
I can only show what I can do when given a chance.

Yes I can provide services online and remotely.
Clients can provide their information through emails, dropbox and other online methods.
Meetings are held on zoom or face time to discuss accounts and other things.
Once agreed anything that require a signature is sent via our software for e-signature before filing with companies house and HMRC.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have kept it simple.
Clients cannot come to the office.
Most of them send their records online with a very small number sending by post.
All communications have been via emails, telephone, whatsapp etc...
