What do you love most about your job?
What I love more is the positive impact I have on a woman's life. I love empowering women and seeing their confidence grow. But most of all I love supporting women become unstuck and move forward in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My background is health and fitness after years of group teaching and working for gyms, I thought why not just go for it. I want to be that inspiration for my boys.
Why should our clients choose you?
They should choose me because I genuinely care about every client I work with. I do not believe that one size fits all and completely can relate how the challenges of life can make things difficult and how important it is to receive support.

Yes, sessions are delivered via zoom. Clients will receive a link once payment is received.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If a client wishes for face to face coaching and training a face covering is required.
Menopause Health Coaching

Personal training
Are you in the midlife and finding losing weight particularly challenging? Maybe you have tried all the diets and still struggling.
My training programmes include, mindfulness, coaching, nutritional management and tailored exercise plans to meet your goals.
Anxiety, Stress and Depression
Sometimes you just need the space to offload in a non judgement space. My emotional programme focuses on teaching you the tools and techniques needed to manage your mental health more effectively. Sessions predominantly last between 45mins to an hour and work in blocks of six, either remotely or in your home.
