Contacted Gavin off the back of all the positive reviews on google and he certainly lived up to it. He was also local and I prefer to use local trades people where possible. I was suffering from damp wall and after listening he took extra time diagnosing the problem. All in all, it was a reasonable price for the hours that the work took, which included cleaning all fascia, soffits, apex and windows. The first two occasions the jobs were done on time and the cleans were to a good standard. After that I found I had to chase as Gavin had not arrived at the expected 8 week mark. I was told due to weather his jobs were a bit behind, totally understandable. Agreed a date for the next clean and this was moved three times having not shown up on any of these occasions.
