How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I will ensure that I find out what customers enjoy eating and the type of flavours they desire.
What do you love most about your job?
Doing what I love , cooking with passion and creating my food to the best of my ability. Most of all creating and presenting a great dish for my customers. Food creation is so important because every food I cook no matter how simple it is , there’s always an extra touch.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked as a Chef for many years and I also cook for my loved ones and hearing their feedback about my food has inspired me to start my own business. I believe that my food business has a potential to go far once more people start tasting my food.

My food is so unique and I believe I have the full package to satisfied customers needs. I have a great personality , I am hard working, ambitious and everything I touch turns into magic. I am very professional, I am good listener and I always make sure that customers are my main priority. My job also allows me to network and engage with different people in many walks of life.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Wearing gloves and changing it frequently when handling food. Ensuring that food are not contaminated. Washing my hands at all times. Using professional cleaning products and clean as I go with high maintenance. Keep my working area as tidy as possible. Such as working in a clean surface. More so , using clean kitchen tools and washing them directly.

I cater to events, small functions, parties and any special occasion.
I serve hot buffet, finger buffet, fine dining, cold sandwiches, and 3 main course as well as private chef services.
