Each client I look after I manage each of their Social Channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, Pinterest). This includes services like

• Regular updates - keeping your customers and your community up to date with the latest you and your business have to offer
• Curated Content - Creating a discussion around interests that your customers can relate to, building and creating engagement around a certain topic!
• Traffic Funnels - Sending your customers and visitors to a specific location on your website for example, or a promotion you might have running.
• Branded Content - Creating regular content is great for engagement but branding it is even more powerful
• Social Listening - Spending time engaging with people who have taken the time to comment, share, like or review your business. People really engage with businesses who take the time to engage with their customers effectively
• Monthly reports - This is a great tool to see which content works best for your business, what are people reading and engaging with? I create a simple report once a month to show you what engagement your social channels have as a result of my work. This is also a great tool to work out what doesn’t work!
