We initially had Luke come around to install some new flashing around the house. He did so, and we then went on to hire him for extra work which included repointing three sides of the house and repairing the chimney stack - all things we knew we needed to do but had been putting off.

Throughout the whole process, from quoting to completion Luke was punctual, extremely friendly and polite with a great energy! Luke is extremely reliable in doing what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it and over the course of a few weeks proved himself to be very trustworthy.

He and his lads went the extra mile in everything they did, even coming back for a final day after the work was done to clean and tidy up and ensure everything was left just as they found it (and even cleaner!). They also offered me some extra advice and pointers on some DIY work I was doing over the time they were here.

We would highly recommend Luke and will certainly be turning to him for any future work we may need to do around the house. More...
