Laptop running slow had it 6 years never seen a technician have lots of data on it and my worst nightmare happened yesterday morning when it packed in! Found rapid pc repairs so after a mini meltdown i brought it into Rob and within a few hours had me a cleaned/repaired/restored laptop and saved all my data! On a saturday same day turnaround! Had a major problem with my computer (Corrupted Operating System). Arrived here at the end of the day Sunday and got it back Monday afternoon working better than ever, fixed, cleaned, upgraded to Windows 10 and a new Hard drive. Helped me out massively. After using Currys' (useless) after sales service for numerous issues with my laptop purchased in 2015, I came to the conclusion that they don't know what they're doing and decided to take it in to rapid PC repair. It's not the easiest place to find although I believe new signage is being sorted out, but it's well worth a visit. Living in Suffolk, I needed somebody to install broadband and set up an iPad for my 85 year old mother in Southport. The guy was extremely helpful, installed the broadband, gave my mother a crash familiarity course on using the iPad and all for less than a quarter of what BT would have cost for just installing the broadband.
