Residential Interior Designer
• Project manage all aspects of design, from initial client meeting to final installation
• Manage scope of works and logistics
• Attend all client and supplier meetings. Update client with meeting minutes and time scales • Produce fabric and hard finishes boards for client meetings
• Design FF&E schemes using InDesign for both property developers and private clients
FF&E designs: Wallpaper, paint, window treatments, furniture, bespoke furniture design, lighting, art, cushions, hard finishes, ironmongery, bedding and accessories
• Creat floor plans and bespoke furniture drawings using AutoCAD
• Liaise with suppliers for quotes and placing orders
• Dress and style properties to a high finish
• Produce concept presentations, inventories and pricing in order to attain new projects
