I have been training with Neil from July 2018. It has been a really good experience. The stretching class has been very effective for me, I am normally very stiff, but with this class I have been feeling a lot better. In the class Neil provides aromas and music, your body is always very gently treated, and you can feel a deep relaxation together with a great sensation of that you are doing a good physical work. Core Galore is a hard class, there Neil pushes you to make your best physical effort. After that class you can see the results, the notorious improvement of your muscular condition. Neil guides you always with a very interesting variation of exercises that reflect his experience and wisdom as coach. More...

Neil's stretch and poise class, definitely highly recommend it, as it has improved my strength and flexibility and I would say it has healed my job related shoulder and back pain. I've also been enjoying Neil's core galore, body shape boost and body circuit classes for a year now. Neil has excellent fitness skills, amazing originality and most importantly he is very passionate of what he does and that translates in his classes which make it fun, highly motivating and great workout experience. Thanks Neil! Best wishes to you and rainbow fitness! More...

After doing some Saturday group strength classes with Neil, I asked him to help me with my running technique as I was getting some knee pain. In 1 session he pointed out why I had a problem and showed me how to correct it. He asked me to practise by myself for a few weeks before he checked my technique again. For minimal expense, these first adjustments have eliminated my knee pain. I look forward to further improvements. Quite apart from giving me the right advice for a low cost, Neil has boundless enthusiasm and time for his clients. More...

Having tried many personal trainers, I have finally come across somebody who knows what they are talking about and cares a lot. Excellent personal trainer, who is willing to put in extra time for free. Very motivating and sincere running class too. Neil focuses on muscle activation and the correct stretches on both sides of the exercise. I would thoroughly recommend him for any purposes. In my case, we created videos such that when I left I was still able to practise my stretches. He also has martial arts expertise. More...

Neil has a unique approach to physical fitness which I find very appealing as a middle aged bloke used to lots of activity who now wakes up feeling a bit stiffer than he used to! his flexibility classes are an enjoyable challenge for everyone to stretch themselves (quite literally!) rather further than they have done before.i come out feeling rather energised and knowing it’s done me good. There is lots of personal attention for each participant and no sense of competition.i would thoroughly recommend Neil’s classes for folks of middle years looking to stay fairly supple and maybe shaking off an injury More...

Neil is enthusiastic and personable. His class provides a thorough top to toe stretch which will, I hope, counteract some of the strains caused by a lifetime of sport. Neil watches carefully to make sure that we are making the right moves and takes into account our individual strengths and weaknesses. And his class is good value for money! More...

I keep going back to Neil’s core and stretch classes for 3 reasons:- he makes the hard stuff enjoyable.- he has great detailed knowledge giving me confidence that my stiff and flawed body is in good hands- he has taken care to understand and adapt to me: my aims, my issues, my limits. That’s like having a partnerBest of all I’m making actual progress one week at a time. Being able to drive free of back pain, ride in a better position on my bike and to run (slowly) again after 10 years in running retirement, makes all the sessions so worthwhile. More...

Excellent trainer, fab classes and not your usual run of the mill exercises. All the exercises are balanced with excellent stretching at the end. I highly recommend Neil, he’s helped me train for mountain marathons and worked on my strength which has helped my back and other weaknesses . His way of teaching is encouraging and he really checks that you’re doing the activity correctly. Great sense of humour and very eclectic fun music. I’ve done many sorts of classes over the years and I have stuck with Neil’s for the last 5 Year’s. I always recommend him to my friends and colleagues. More...

If I found it easy to motivate myself to improve my core fitness and develop better flexibility, I wouldn't need a PT. But I don't and no gym subscription had been able to convince me to make the effort. Around three years ago I started training with Neil from Rainbow Fitness, and since then I have been able to maintain the enthusiasm for two sessions a week easily. I have lost 4 inches from my waistline, am a lot more bendy and (for me, unexpectedly) have improved my ability to cycle and ski. More...

I asked Neil to create a tailored exercise program to improve my running technique and increase leg/core strength for long trail running.
I have been very pleased with what Neil produced, there has been plenty of advice and tips by email between sessions.
Time will tell how effective it has been - so far the experience has been tough but fun.
I would highly recommend!
