I'm one of Rae's US clients- but with how supportive she is it felt like she was right there with me! Rae wrote up a workout for me that was focused on body weight exercises as she knew I was going to be away from all of my equipment for a month but still wanted a killer workout, and WOW did she give me one! ! It was a monster for sure, but one she knew I could slay- and with her daily journal, her encouragement, her check ins, and her helpful demonstration videos she sent me I was able to keep up a routine while I was out of town. Rae's unceasing support and motivation has been just what I needed..... One month in and I haven't missed one planned session, I've even added a couple in! Rae has an uncanny knack of timing, a few times I have been procrastinating and "ping" within minutes I've had a message from her asking how I was doing! Being accountable to Rae means that when life throws up obstacles I simply manage to work in another training session rather than giving up because I missed one. Thank you Rae you are 5 star!!! rae is an amazing personal trainer who treats you as an individual and creates a work out plan specifically to suit your needs and capabilities. I see her 1-2 times a week for my own personal training regime and I also took part in the beginners weight lifting course which has set me up for life now on how to weight lift safely and confidently. Ive only been going to Rae for 3 weeks..i fo P.T sessions with her but i also have a meal and workout plan done just for me by her and i have to say she is AMAZING! Ive had P.Ts before but Rae is by far the best. She even does the exercisers with you on your sessions she doesnt just stand there and shes always in my head so if i feel like eating something i shouldn't shes there and when i see what shes achieved it makes me believe i can do it too! I have been a long distance client of Rae's and I can't praise her enough. The programme she created for me (both food and exercise) was excellent. Rae was happy to change and adapt the plan to make sure I could make the most of it. She gave me the confidence to approach how I fuel my body from a completely different perspective and I will be forever grateful for that. Rae is an inspiration to everyone of all shapes & sizes, I was part of her 'love to lift' class and have achieved so much from it! I will now use the weights in my gym without hesitation knowing my limits and having the right techniques! Rae is motivating and makes you reach your goals the right way whilst being professional and personal, can't recommend her enough!! I go to the Tuesday circuit class and reallyyyy recommend it! I've done 5 classes and can already feel and see the difference in my body. Rae tracks your progress too which is really motivating and it's surprised me how much better I've done week on week. The people who go aren't your stereotypical "gym goers" (I'm certainly not!) so it's got a really nice and judgement-free atmosphere and when we catch our breath we do have a laugh. Rae puts out different sized weights on the circuit stations, so even though everyone does the same exercises she tailors the weights to you personally. She spends time with each individual during the class to make sure we know what we're doing on each exercise (and to motivate us!) The classes seem to go really quickly too! I did the Love to Lift 6 week course with Rae and it was fantastic, I genuinely looked forward to going every week! I loved the strength training element and developing my confidence with movements that I haven't done before, which will now enable me to go and use them in the gym myself. Rae is professional, but friendly and funny, and she put up with my constant whinging about bench press! I've been going to Rae's Tuesday circuits class along side my own training since June and I can honestly say the progress in my fitness has been astounding!

It's such a simple format of a 5 station circuit but it pushes me to the limit every week. Although I do my own training at another gym Rae's is a massive kick up the bum every Tuesday and I know I'll walk/crawl out feeling like I've burnt some serious calories. We keep track of our times and number of reps we have done after every circuit and compare to previous weeks and every single one of us that attends has only got better and better.

Rae herself is a product of her own making, and because of that you can see how passionate she is about nutrition and training. As a regular gym goer for the past 5-6 years I know how much of a difference it makes to training session if the trainer or PT is passionate about their job.

At the moment there is about 5 of us that regularly attend the Tuesday class and Rae's knows exactly what each one of us are capable of- if we need extra weights on the bar bell she's straight over loading us up, if one of us is struggling she takes a load off, and is really on the ball when it comes to lifting technique.

The class is ideal for beginners and you can take it as easy as you like, you'll learn so much after just a few sessions and before you know it you'll be flying round the circuit. There's constant PT offers and nutrition plans on her website/Facebook. There's some really good monthly challenges too, like 30 day meal plans which would probably be a good taster as to what Rae's principles are all about.

If 'the diet starts on Monday' then start your training on Tuesday at Raevolution. It's not easy, but what's the point in an easy fitness class!?

I've seen Rae since September last year during this I've had PT sessions and buddy sessions andddd even done her 8 week course before Christmas Rae has helped me loose over a stone in weight! But my shape and outlook on exercise has changed to much! Loved all the weights Rae incorporated into every sessions pushing me more each time and making me lift more. I did the 8 week winter workout, Rae adapted the circuits having different sized weight equipment for everyone in the group and encouraging all to keep going. I looked forward to each session alongside my ballet classes, after 8 weeks saw my fitness levels and ballet improve. More...

Rae knows her stuff - without a doubt!
She's knowledgeable, passionate and hands-on and you should expect to work hard under her guidance.
Rae's business is still evolving though...... and so it's very much a "spit n sawdust", "no frills" experience and you may need to be flexible if you're booking a course rather than attending a class.

I have been going to Rae for personal training sessions twice a week for almost 2 months and I can't believe the difference she has made to my fitness levels. I am achieving things I never thought possible and it is all down to Rae. From my first session where I couldn't do a single press-up to now doing 23 in a row. My overall fitness has improved MASSIVELY. I've also been following her diet plan and I'm eating healtheir tastier meals every day. I just feel so much better about myself. Rae is inspirational and motivational and I can't thank her enough for what she is doing for me! I've learned that I love weights, I love lifting and I love boxing, all things I would have avoided in the past. She is also improving my back strength immensely and I have a lot loss pain than I've had in years. Rae is an absolute star and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!! More...
