It is very rarely that I write and post a 5* review of a person and a business. This is one of those occasions when I needed some urgent work to be carried out too restore my home CCTV system as I was going on holiday in less than a weeks time. I contacted Radium Security Systems about my issue that required fixing and the urgency. From that point the contact and on going communication was prompt, customer focussed and professional. The site survey was carried out that day, the detailed quotation was received the next day and the actually work started and was completed as promised the very next day. The work done was in my opinion first class, the price was both competitive and good value for money. Hi, Visit by Paul to sort out problems with our CCTV. Friendly and professional service all the time from Paul (and his colleagues when they attend). Been a customer for several years now and would recommend anyone wanting a local company providing a good quality CCTV and / or monitored alarm system. On the alarm, Paul was the only person who understood our desire to have as good a quality system as possible while ensuring that our decorations were kept in good order. Paul recommended a mix of wired and digital sensors to accommodate this. Other companies insisted they would only put wired sensors in (they are the best I believe) and had no interest in looking at a compromise solution. This Paul offered. I just wanted to take the time to write this review. I rang Radium Security last week and Paul Robinson came out to survey the house. Paul took the time to explain the best system for our requirements and answered any questions I had. There was no sales pressure and Paul e-mailed the quote when he returned to the office on the same day. The installer, (Ian) turned up at the arranged time and installed the alarm in a few hours. Ian is smashing lad, very friendly, chatty and tidy. He even hoovered up, you'd never know he'd been. After Googling I found Radium Security Systems website and was impressed right away. I emailed my inquiry and had an instant response. The managing director himself, Paul Robinson visited us the following day as promised and did a survey. Paul was friendly and professional, he explained everything in simple terms with no pushy sales language and gave us a few options to choose from. As promised the following day his quote arrived and we booked the installation for the next week. Ian and his team arrived on time on the day, they replaced the old system and installed all the new equipment in just a few hours. Again Ian was friendly, polite and left no mess. He tested everything and explained how to use it, which is so much easier compared to the old system and it looks super hi-tech but also very discrete inside all the rooms etc. The exterior bell box looks superb especially at night as the main panel is backlit with the Radium logo and alternating green LED's below, very nice.
