What do you love most about your job?
Pretty much everything, I love gardening and plants. I enjoy finding out what customers want and hopefully creating that special outside space that we all crave. Perennials are my forte, I know the majority in an average garden. Not too bad at identifying shrubs and trees too. I love learning too, so if there's anything I don't know I will do my best to find out.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Basically the pandemic, I'd been told I had to shield due to not having a spleen and needed to try and get back outside, so I started working for myself. I worked in a plant nursery at the time and have a degree in landscape architecture. It's something I always wanted to do but wasn't sure what business. The pandemic created a perfect storm for me to gain the confidence and idea to start offering my services and knowledge to people. Here we are 2 years in and smiling everyday getting muddy in the garden.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm a conscientious gardener. I care about your space as if it were my own. I'll always try to work with customers on budgets and suggestions on what we could do for the next season. No obligation on doing them but I often see potential when customer haven't.

No, unless you're after a planting plan or design. This could be done remotely if outside of Manchester.

Design: planting up a whole planting plan that I've designed and agreed with you.
I hand pick all my plants from a select few nurseries. I know what will work together to offer all year interest or if you are after a particular look.
Design
Designing an existing space with a planting plan or design.
I don't offer landscaping services but work with someone local who I can recommend if you needed hardscape doing.
